Shadowrocket Guide - Official Manual is the official website and manual for Shadowrocket. This page explains the scope of the information provided here, the basis for purchases, and user responsibilities. Read it together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Site Purpose and Scope
This site provides instructions for verifying the official app, getting it from the App Store, restoring purchases, importing an existing subscription, and configuring rule-based routing. The content helps users understand the app’s features; it does not guarantee suitability for any particular network environment, connection outcome, or business purpose. Shadowrocket is closed-source commercial software. App licensing and App Store transactions are governed by their respective terms.
Shadowrocket is available only on Apple platforms, primarily for use on iPhone and iPad. The App Store is the only place to get it. Check the App Store listing for device compatibility, system requirements, and purchase eligibility. This guide does not replace the App Store listing, system alerts, or information shown in the app.
2. App and Connection Service Limitations
This site does not provide, sell, or recommend proxy servers or subscriptions, nor does it activate or maintain connection services for users. Import instructions assume that you already have your own subscription or server details. Examples explain input formats and settings; they are not usable connection credentials.
A one-time app purchase ≠ a service plan. Buying the app grants the applicable rights to use the client; it does not include a server, subscription, or ongoing connection service. Check with the provider of your existing subscription to confirm its validity, the accuracy of its settings, and service availability. This site cannot change the provider’s service status and does not guarantee connection speed, stability, or that any particular request will succeed.
3. Guide Accuracy and User Responsibility
Instructions are based on app screens and App Store information that could be verified when they were written. The layout, settings locations, feature names, and system authorization steps may change with app or system updates. Device type, interface language, and existing settings may also affect the steps. If the instructions do not match what you see, pause and check your current settings and in-app prompts before proceeding.
Rule examples explain matching logic and are not guaranteed to suit every configuration. Before changing Global Routing, Config, or On Demand, save any settings you may need and understand how the changes affect request handling. When troubleshooting, change one setting at a time and record the result to help identify the cause. A connection status alone does not confirm that a destination is accessible.
We review our instructions when we identify an issue, but cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete or suitable for every situation. If you have questions about a step, start with the getting started guide and its troubleshooting instructions. When reporting an issue, remove subscription URLs, account details, and connection credentials.
4. Purchase and Pricing Information
Before purchasing, verify the developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, the official app icon, and app ID 932747118. Price, currency, available storefronts, payment terms, and compatibility are determined by the App Store listing and the checkout details shown to you. Our explanation of the one-time purchase does not guarantee a fixed price, availability of purchase rights across regions, or the scope of future features.
Availability after changing or restoring a device, and eligibility for Family Sharing, depend on your purchase history, Apple Account, and the App Store’s current policies. Do not assume that a purchase can be restored based solely on information on this site. Use the relevant App Store process for payments, refunds, and account restrictions. See Getting the App for steps to verify the details.
5. External Links and Limitation of Liability
The App Store product page linked from this site is provided to help verify the official app and navigate to its listing. Following the link opens a page managed by Apple; its content, transaction process, and privacy practices are governed by that page’s terms. Providing the link does not mean this site can control the external page’s availability, regional display, or account decisions. Before completing a purchase, check the app details and payment prompts again.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable beyond the limits established by law for losses resulting from misunderstandings of the information, failure to check actual settings, or changes to external services. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or reduces consumer rights provided by law. Use the app lawfully and with any required permissions, and keep your configurations and credentials secure.
